Stop counting the years and the time….
“Life is hard” is a quote that I’ve been hearing, thinking, and praying about lot lately.
Sometimes things don’t always go our way. There are so many things in life that can go wrong, and some things already have, but those things will be.
Our job though is to individually learn how to count the blessings of each day. Of course it will be easy to count your blessings when everything is going well, but I’m talking about that perfect strength called joy. Joy sticks around when happiness would no longer stay.
Joy is that deep thankfulness.. It counts its blessings even if its not exactly the way you invisioned it. It still hopes even when it seems that its taking way too long. Joy is still glad that the blessings/miracles are on the way..
I challenge you to face each day with a brand new attitude. Yes, everything could be going wrong, but do you have your health and strength? Do you have someone who loves you and cares for you? Do you have a mouth to speak and a brain that’s developed?
Instead of counting how long this road will take, stop and ask God to open your eyes to what’s right in front of you, and what has been all along.
Thank you for reading. Surrender to Joy.
